Our stock comes from our personal collections, friends and relatives or reputable sellers. We personally pick and inspect every item and authenticate them with the experts. Full refund is guaranteed, if authenticity is proven otherwise.An authorized authenticator must be provided to warrant the refund. Alternatively, give us the name and contact of the boutique's manager you verified the bag with,once we confirm it, we will issue refund within 48hr.
